How do you fix a printer that is offline?



There are times when user needs to get a print document but due to some reason is unable to receive the desired print outs. In these sorts of time situations, one just needs to be observant of things occurring in your printer. Well, the problems that are occurring will be resolved by following steps mentioned below: - 

Step-1 The user just needs to make sure of bringing the printer back to online. Well, it can be executed if the user is going to “Settings”. And then “Printers”. Now, just Right Click on the printer and Select “Use Printer Online”. 

Step – 2 The complete form of clearance inside the printer of all Print Jobs is been executed. The user needs to Double-Click on the Printer and then goo to “Printer Menu” and after this, make proper clearance of task by selecting “Cancel All Documents”. 

Step – 3 in this step user needs to toggle printer off and then switch back on and look for whether printer is jammed or blocked. user should also make sure that all network connections are set in order and make sure not even one is loose. 

Step – 4 At this stage, user needs to restart the computer and if this does not work then some error might be due to wrong installation of drivers. Now, go to “Settings” then “Printers”. And select right form of Printer. 

Step – 5 The user has to precisely re-install the printer. Under “Printers” in the “Settings” menu go back and select the printer. 

Now delete the printer and reinstall it through “Add Printer” Now make proper use of latest printer driver from the official printer manufacturer’s website.
